  • DAY 01 : Arrive Vancouver

    Enjoy NatureUpon arrival at Vancouver International Airport you will be transferred to your hotel in downtown Vancouver.
    The remainder of your day is at leisure to explore Vancouver on your own. Canada’s third largest metropolitan centre, Vancouver is a busy port with a thriving multicultural ambiance. The city is in a spectacular setting with the Coast Mountains across Burrard Inlet to the north, and the waters of the Strait of Georgia to the west. Restaurants, shopping, nightlife, a mild climate, and a cosmopolitan atmosphere make Vancouver a favourite tourist destination.

  • DAY 04 :Vancouver to Whistler town

    Enjoy NatureDepart Vancouver early this morning on a scheduled coach transfer to the resort town of Whistler. The resort offers an extensive range of winter activities. After check in proceed for Peak 2 Peak Alpine Experience. Stunning 360-degree views of Whistler Village, mountain peaks, lakes, glaciers and forests Gliding along the world’s longest unsupported span, Whistler’s Peak 2 Peak Gondola connects two side-by-side mountains—Whistler and Blackcomb—and is the longest and highest continuous lift of its kind. The gondola was built for skiers, snowboarders, hikers, and sightseers alike to travel between the two internationally renowned snow- and sun-sport wonderlands.

  • DAY 05 :Today is free to enjoy the charms of Whistler Resort

    Snowmobiling Tour – 2 hours

    Enjoy NatureThe Cruiser is specially designed for first time riders. We will introduce you to the sport of snowmobiling in a safe, exciting and informative environment. Once you have completed your orientation, your guide will lead you on a journey through magnificent terrain including old growth forests, breath-taking views and the thrill of riding on frozen lakes. Superfly Ziplines Winter Tours (3 hr round trip) – 3 hours Ziplining combines the exhilarating feeling of soaring through the air with the breath-taking beauty of Cougar Mountain. Our unique system allows two guests to ride side-by-side, each on their own cable during this incredibly scenic experience. The excursion includes multiple dual zip-lines connected to each other by a network of trails and boardwalks. A must-do in Whistler!
    Both the above tours starearly December and in late April and are subject to snow conditions.

  • DAY 06 : Whistler to Vancouver

    Enjoy Nature Transfer (included) back to Downtown Vancouver or the Vancouver Airport.

Tour price includes:-

  • 3 nights accommodation in Vancouver.
  • 2 nights accommodation in Whistler.
  • Daily Breakfast (Except in Ava Whistler).
  • Arrival transfer from Vancouver International Airport and hotel–Private.
  • Scheduled coach transfers between Vancouver and Whistler–SIC(No Hotel pick up drop off, clients must make their own way to the departure boarding point in downtown Vancouver).
  • Tours & Admissions:
    • a. Vancouver City Tour &including admissions to Capilano Suspension Bridge –SIC.
    • b. Peak to Peak Gondola Ride- Admission.No Transfers. Clients must make own way to Peak-2-Peak Gondola in Whistler Village.
      Note – Peak 2 Peak Gondola starts operating only on 23 Nov 2018. Till it starts operating, we are offering a $60 per person Tour Credit to be used towards tours or admissions of client’s choice. Must be a tour of admission where DMCI Inc. has a tour contract.
  • GST & Taxes

Tour Price does not include: -

  • 1. Hotel pickups for tours are subject to confirmation by service provider. If the same is not provided, clients must make their own way to tour boarding point.
  • 2. Airfare.
  • 3. Visa Fees.
  • 4. Bottled Water on coaches and in hotel rooms.
  • 5. Telephone calls, Laundry, and other expenses.
  • 6. Travel Insurance - recommended. We request Tour Operator to secure a signed Waiver in the event client declines your offer to sell Travel Insurance.
  • 7. Baggage Handling
  • 8. Any other expense of a personal nature.
  • 9. Gratuities – expected by Bell Staff, Tour Coach Drivers, Guides, etc. Gratuities are expected and must be paid.

Deposit and Change & Cancellation Policy: -

Deposit & Final Payment

  • 1. 30% Non-refundable Deposit required at time of confirmation. The confirmation will be sent to Agent only receipt of the deposit payment. Certain packages for winter may attract a higher Deposit Policy. Same will be confirmed at the time of confirmation.
  • 2. 70% payment required 45 days prior to start of services. There will be no refund (partial or otherwise) for any part of services cancelled or unused for any reasons including medical or compassionate. This clause overrules any commitment made by any supplier participating in the program directly with the client or the Travel Agent/Tour Operator.
  • 3. A charge of $150 will be imposed on per change any changes subsequent to Vouchering. Changes Fee will apply irrespective of reasons for such a change.

  • Packages are Commissionable.
  • SIC Transfers - means NO MEET & GREET on arrival at the Airport. Clients must follow the joining instructions printed on our vouchers
  • Seat-in-Coach Sightseeing do not necessarily offer complimentary pick-up and drop-off from hotels. Most tours do offer a hotel pick up. This information will be provided at the time of tour confirmation.
  • Admissions - does not include transfer from hotel to Theme park/Attraction Venue.
  • Operation of Tours, Admissions etc. are subject to weather conditions.
  • Prices quoted are per person based on occupancy.
  • Rooms offered will have one King or two Queen or Twin Beds. We do not guarantee bed type.
  • Rooms offered with bedding as follows:
    • • Single - 1 Person - 1 or 2 Beds
    • • Twin - 2 Persons – 1 or 2 Beds
    • • Triple - 3 Persons - 2 Beds
    • • Quad - 4 Persons - 2 Beds
    • City Fire Code limits the number of beds in a room to a maximum of two beds irrespective of Single, Twin, Triple or Quad occupancy
  • Child Rates are based - child sharing room with parents using existing bedding. Some hotels charge fee for a rollaway bed. City Fire Codes allows (only one) Rollaway Bed only in rooms with one King bed. Child age - 2 to 11 years old.
  • Child sharing room with one adult pay the Adult Rate.
  • It is assumed that all clients will arrive by the same flight at the same airport and in the same terminal. Should the flights be spread out or arrive in different Terminals, additional costs may apply.
  • Hotel Check In: 4:00 PM | Hotel Check Out: 11:00 AM. Early Check-in and Late Check-out will require payment of supplementary tariffs.
  • This quote is based on the current federal, provincial and city taxes, surcharges, and fees as applicable at the time of quotation. Any subsequent change in the tax tables would be applicable to this quote. The quote also is adjusted for applicable Tax and GST & HST rebates.
  • The Tour operator vouches for the fact that the members of the tour group are non-Canadian citizens.

Documentation & Insurance: -

  • 1. Travel Insurance – We strongly recommend clients purchase full travel insurance to cover all emergencies including medical. Clients shall be individually responsible for any costs and/or liabilities arising out of non-purchase of insurance and/or purchase of insurance without the appropriate coverage.
  • 2. We expect Tour Operator/Travel Agent to secure a signed waiver for the offer of Travel Insurance in the event client declines such an offer. The Tour Operator/Travel Agent shall present DMCi Inc. with the signed waiver on demand.
  • 3. DMCi Inc. or our supplier will not absorb any costs on behalf of the Agent/Client arising from cancellations due medical, compassionate, visa rejections or any other reasons. The client’s Travel Insurance should cover such costs.
  • 4. Visas & Documentation – Clients are responsible for Visas, Passports, and other necessary travel documentation.

Applicable Law: -

The terms here override any other or previous agreement/s that may have been signed governing the services and products offered to the Tour Operator. The terms here specifically govern the product/s featured in the previously mentioned pages.
The offer/quote will form the basis of the Service Level Agreement between DMCi Inc. and the client as stated under “Tour Operator”. This Agreement is made and will be performed in Toronto, Ontario, Canada and shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with Ontario law, excluding its conflict of law rules. By executing this Agreement, “Tour Operator” consents to the exercise of personal jurisdiction over it by, and venue in, the courts of the Toronto in the Province of Ontario. Any legal action relating to this Agreement shall be brought and maintained only in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. In the event of litigation arising from or associated with this Agreement, the prevailing Party shall recover its reasonable attorney 's fees and any costs incurred.

Termination Beyond Control of Parties: -

This Agreement will terminate without liability to either party if the substantial performance of either party's obligations is prevented by an unforeseeable cause reasonably beyond that party's control.Such causes include, but are not limited to, acts of God, regulation, or orders of governmental authority; fire flood or explosion; war; disaster; curtailment of transportation facilities or other emergency making it illegal or otherwise impossible to provide the facilities or the services contracted for herein; any delay in necessary and essential construction or renovation of the Hotel; strike, lock out or work stoppage or other restraint of labour, either partial or general, from whatever cause.

Severability: -

If any provision of this Agreement is determined to be unenforceable under any applicable law, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Waiver: -

No waiver or breach of either party to this contract of any term, condition, or obligation set forth in this Agreement shall be deemed a waiver of the same per similar breach thereafter.

Entire Agreement: -

The “Tour Operator” may not assign this Agreement or any of its rights under this Agreement without the prior and written consent from DMCi Inc. The “Tour Operator” further agrees that any change in its corporate or business ownership structure, whether by merger, amalgamation, take-over or otherwise, shall not serve to cancel, modify or in any way reduce its obligations under this Agreement and this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect with respect to the “Tour Operator” and successor entity.
